These are G1 fakie plushies. I see ones similar to these listed all the time as My Little Pony.
These are fakie G3 plushies. These are pretty cute though! I wouldn't mind one or two of 'em for myself.
Found in Australia in dollar type stores, if I remember correctly. =) (real pony for size comparison only)
